The Meadows Retreat Center is another camp and retreat center owned and operated by Tejas Ministries, Inc. in addition to Camp Tejas. It is located immediately north of Camp Tejas on 100 beautiful acres. About 25 acres will be used for the facility center while the rest will remain natural. Construction on the new facility began in October 2006. There will be several phases to the project with the first being completed by January 2008. Some projects within phase 1 will be completed sooner.

The Meadows Retreat is close enough to Camp Tejas so that both facilities can operate as one retreat center for extra large groups, yet have enough separation to eventually function independently. As the construction of the new facility progresses over the next several years, the Meadows Retreat Center will have the increasing ability to operate and support guests completely on its own.
